METADATA SEARCH

Comprehensive Metadata Search Capabilities

FORDATA offers robust and flexible metadata search features, allowing users to quickly find the exactcontent they need within their digital assets.

Search by Content Type

Users can filter searches based on content type, such as audio, video, images, and documents. This ensures that only relevant results are displayed. The results can be organized alphabetically or by upload time, and users can choose between grid or list views. Each search result includes detailed information like title, description, category, and upload date.

Search by Timeline

For those who prefer to locate content chronologically, FORDATA allows searches by timeline. Users can view posts categorized by weekly, monthly, or yearly timelines, with the most recent content displayed first. The search results are organized into categories such as new posts, posts awaiting approval, personal posts, and department-specific posts, giving users a clear hierarchy of content.

Search by Circle

Users can also search for content within specific circles, ensuring access to data within relevant groups without breaching privacy. By selecting a circle, users can retrieve all data within that circle or department. For more personalized searches, users can select the “Only me” circle to view their own content exclusively.

This advanced search functionality within FORDATA provides users with an efficient and secure way to manage and retrieve their digital assets, enhancing productivity and ensuring easy access to critical information.
